Can you relate? I sure can!
As I was searching for ways to describe the steps to clearing paper jams in Lexmark copiers, the support page at support.lexmark.com nearly tried to print the document--Which would have been less funny if I were really trying to clear a paper jam and had to then deal with another print job in the cue.

A '24y.xx' paper jam message (where x and y = any number) indicates that a piece of paper has been detected in one of the printer paper trays and needs removed. The associated numeric error code is normally one of the following: 242.20, 243.30, etc.
