The Libby App  

Your PIN number: you'll need it to do almost everything. If you're like me you probably can't remember what your personal identification number but that's okay, you can retrieve it. 

If you don't know your card number or PIN: 

The Libby sign-in screen may have links from your library to help you with your card number and PIN.

If you don't know your library card number, try checking the back of your library card. It may be under the barcode. (This worked for me!)

If these tips don't work, please contact your library. They'll be happy to look it up and share it with you.

If you don't know your library

If you don't know what library you belong to, you can use Libby's library finder to view libraries near you:

Tap Menu, then Add A Library.

Search for libraries in your area with a ZIP code, or tap View A Map Of Libraries at the bottom of the screen.

If you aren't sure which branch you belong to, contact the one nearest to you. If you're a card holder (or eligible for a card), they'll help you sign into their collection.
